Did you know that edamame is a soybean that has not matured?
Munakata’s soybeans have become Japan’s best, why not also try it as edamame?
For 500 yen you can get as many edamame as can be bound by one straw rope.
There is also a sampling corner where milk, soymilk, and soybean processed food (Tenpe), all healthily produced in Munakata, may be sampled.

Handmade Buckwheat Noodle

The unique characteristic of this long buckwheat noodle is that it is prepared with yam, a technique used by the people at Kugino Village (current Minamiaso Village), Kumamoto prefecture, whose local specialties is buckwheat noodle, served with a 100%-natural soup from Shosuke Furusato Mura.
Homemade buckwheat noodles give you more satisfaction.
